Prices

As your A+ Virtual Assistant, I offer a choice of the following fee structures:

Per Project

For a one-time project (for example, a manuscript or a letter), or for infrequent assignments, you may want to choose the “per project” option. Let me know your requirements and I will provide you with an estimate before work begins.

By the Hour

This option may be suitable for clients whose needs are infrequent or who require only a few hours at a time.

Standard hourly rates depend on the services required. From general secretarial or word processing tasks, to tasks requiring advanced computer skills and programming knowledge, such as Microsoft Word programming, designing and building customized Microsoft Access databases, complex desktop publishing projects, etc., the rate is from $15 to $45 per hour.

An estimate will be provided, but the final price may go up (or down) as work progresses. The client is only charged for the actual time spent on the task. A minimum of 1 hour is required. Any additional time spent on the task will be billed in quarter-hour increments.

Monthly Retainer

Clients who would like my services on an ongoing basis can save money with a discounted monthly retainer plan. All the services that I offer to my clients would be available to you with this plan. The agreed upon fee will be invoiced monthly in advance. Invoices are due and payable before the month’s work begins. A maximum of 2 hours of unused time will be carried over to the next month. Any work over and above the designated hours for that month will be charged by the hourly rate for your plan and will be invoiced monthly. All hours will be logged.

Pkg. #1 - 10 hours

 $25 an hour / $250 month

Pkg. #2 - 20 hours

 $20 an hour / $400 month

Pkg. #3 - 40 hours

 $15 an hour / $600 month

Academic Typing - By the Page

Paper Size = 8˝ x 11; Font Size = Arial, 12 pt; Margins = 1 inch

Single spaced

 $3.50 per page

Double spaced

 $2.00 per page

Please note that if handwriting is illegible or if originals are difficult to read,
an additional $1.00 per page will be added to the prices above.

A+ Virtual Assistant reserves the right to add a 25% surcharge
to any work required on an URGENT, 3 to 24-hour deadline.
