A+ Virtual Assistant's verbatim transcription service includes
transcribing digital files, or tapes, and punctuating, formatting,
proofreading, spell checking, archiving, and returning transcription files to the client
before
the agreed-upon deadline. (If requested, basic editing of spoken words can also
be provided, e.g., correcting grammatical mistakes.) The normal turnaround time
for a transcript is three working days for each hour of recording. However, I will work with you to meet your deadlines, so please contact
me to see how
quickly your job can be completed.
A+ Virtual Assistant guarantees confidentiality and
is in compliance with the HIPAA requirements.
For
clear, good-sound-quality digital files (wav, mp3, wma, msv, dvf, etc.), audio CD's, and standard or micro
cassette tapes--one speaker or one-on-one interviews--you may choose a billing
rate from the following options:

Discounted Monthly Retainer
Plan
Clients who would like transcription services on an ongoing basis can save money with a
discounted monthly retainer plan. The fee will be invoiced monthly in
advance. Invoices are due and payable before the month’s work begins. A maximum
of 20 audio minutes, or 200 lines of unused time will be carried over to the
next month. Any work over and above the designated minutes or lines for that
month will be charged at the regular rate and will be invoiced monthly.
120 audio minutes transcribed @ $1.25 per minute =
$150 per month
OR
1,250 lines transcribed @ 12
cents per line = $150 per month
If you
would like to discuss other types of billing, please let us know.
A+ Virtual Assistant reserves the right to add a 25%-50%
surcharge
to any transcription work required on an URGENT, 3 to 24-hour
deadline.
