A+ Virtual Assistant's transcription service includes
transcribing digital files (wav, mp3, wma, msv, dvf, etc.), or cassette tapes, CDs,
and videos, punctuating, formatting,
proofreading, spell checking, archiving, and returning the transcripts to the client
before the agreed-upon deadline. (If requested, basic editing of spoken
words can also be provided, e.g., correcting any grammatical mistakes.)
The normal turnaround time for a transcript is 3
working days for each 1 hour of recording. However, I will work with you to meet
your deadline, so please contact me to see how quickly your job can be
completed. Rush service is available.
A+ Virtual Assistant guarantees confidentiality and
is in compliance with the HIPAA requirements.
Rates
For
one speaker, or one-on-one interviews, and a
clear, good-sound-quality digital recording, CD, or cassette tape, the
rate is $1.50 per audio minute. (University students are offered a 20%
discount on the transcription of one-on-one dissertation interviews, or $1.20 per audio minute.)
For interviews with three speakers, the rate is
$1.75 per audio minute.
For any recording with four or more speakers, e.g.,
meetings, focus groups, panel discussions, etc., the rate is $2.00 per audio
minute.
If you
