Terms and Conditions

These additional terms and conditions shall apply to each assignment.

After a free consultation regarding the work desired, A+ will provide the prospective client with a written estimate.

bullet

Before undertaking the project, a signed contract outlining the details of the project is required.

bullet

Upon request, A+ will be happy to sign a confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement.

bullet

A $15 minimum fee is charged on all projects.

bullet

Payment may be made by check or money order payable to A+ Virtual Assistant or via PayPal. Cash payments will be accepted from local clients for which a receipt will be issued.

Payment for monthly retainer packages must be paid in advance for that month.

bullet

Unused retainer hours are not refundable. However, A+ will be happy to provide additional services to cover the unused amount.

bullet

A+ takes pride in providing clients with a final product that is accurate and of high quality. However, the client is responsible for final proofreading of the completed assignment. If any errors are found, A+ will be happy to correct them free of charge within 14 days after receipt of the completed assignment. After 14 days, however, A+ reserves the right to charge a small fee for this service.

A+ scans for viruses in all incoming Emails, files and discs. However, A+ will not open any unsolicited Emails with attachments or Emails without messages. Please inform A+ if you wish to send an Email with an attachment and describe the attachment.
